We require a minimum of 6 people to run a camp and therefore reserve the right to cancel a camp prior to the start date advertised on this website should we not have sufficient uptake. In the event that we do cancel a camp, your deposit will be refunded in full.
Your deposit is non-refundable in the event of your cancellation less than 72 hours prior to the start of the camp.
The balance of the camp must be paid prior to commencement of the camp, you will be provided with details of how to settle the balance of the camp fee after booking your place. It can be done by bank transfer or cheque.
If you withdraw from the camp at any point during its duration due to illness or injury or for any other reason whatsoever you shall remain liable for the full amount of the camp fee and no part of this will be refunded. However it can be transferred on to another camp course.
You must have filled in and returned the necessary medical forms prior to the commencement of the camp sessions.
All packages/ sessions must be paid for in full prior to commencement of any session.
24hrs notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, or you will be charged 100% of the session fee.

If you have been out of the country for business or pleasure you must comply with the current self-isolating guidelines set out by the UK government at the time of your return back into the UK;
If you have been told to self-isolate for any reason do not come to the Box during the isolation period and no membership refunds will be given, the current cancellation policy remains the same. Online classes are still available during this time.
If you or anybody living with you develops any symptoms associated with COVID-19 within 14 days of attending a class then you must inform Crossfit Wycombe immediately so the appropriate track & trace actions can be taken.
If you need to cough or sneeze do so into your own arms as per the government guidelines;
If you are in an ‘at risk’ category or classed as an ‘extremely vulnerable person’ you must bring this to the attention of Crossfit Wycombe prior to attending any classes so an assessment can be made.
You must not
