Robert Lang

Trainer

I have always trained, whether it be for football, athletics, a triathlon or just generally to keep fit. I first found an interest in coaching others when I got into Sports Therapy and began to rehabilitate patients post injury, or provide prehab to help prevent them from sustaining an injury.

This interest then progressed into the coaching of people just to get them stronger, fitter and just to work towards a goal rather than to help stop injuries. I have now worked in 3 different Crossfit gyms, gaining valuable experience from each setting on how to be the best coach I can be, whilst furthering my knowledge on how to improve my individual coaching.

My specific interests lie in gymnastics, aerobic capacity, technique and online programming. Having always worked around injuries I love to make people move as efficiently as possible with the best form that they are capable of. With coaching whether it be personal training or online programming I will sit down with each client and specifically identify why they are training, what their goals are and then set up a test week for them so that we have a starting point to work from.

Along with the training sessions I will take a particular interest in your lifestyle to see if there is anything that we can tweak or change to help you pursue your goals more effectively.

Whatever your goals/ambitions feel free to contact me to discuss whether individual coaching can help you get there.
